This is an explanation of the roles.

Host

The shift host organises the shift and can manage all roles except session supervisor.

Co-Host

The shift Co-Host will help with the host's things to do and does some lines.

Helper

The Helper's main job is to manage the breaks of the shift.

Shift Supervisor

This role is locked to Junior Manager+

The Shift Supervisor also known as Session Supervisor can override anything the other session administration can do. They can remove any of the session staff, including the host. This is the only role that cannot be modified by the host.
